Klip is an online client-side utility tool that facilitates the downloading and conversion of publicly accessible media for personal fair use. Klip does not host, store, index, or archive any media files, video streams, or copyright-protected content on its servers.
All media conversion and transmission occurs through direct proxy or client streams in temporary memory. Once the download process concludes, the data is instantly discarded.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Klip enforces a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the access of users or IP addresses deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
