1. Acceptable Use

Klip is designed to help users extract and download media for personal, fair-use purposes. You agree NOT to use Klip to download copyrighted material that you do not have permission to use.

2. Rate Limiting and Fair Usage

Even on paid tiers, excessive automated scraping that degrades the service for other users is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently block IP addresses that abuse the system.

3. Liability

Klip is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for how you use the downloaded media or any legal consequences arising from copyright infringement.

4. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
