1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Klip (https://klip-url.duckdns.org), you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the service.

2. Description of Utility Service

Klip is an online media format converter and client-side download facilitation tool. Klip enables users to transcode and save publicly available video and audio streams for personal, non-commercial, offline study, research, and fair-use archiving.

3. Acceptable Use & User Obligations

When using Klip, you agree to the following obligations:

  • You will only extract media that you own, have licensed, or for which you have explicit rights under statutory fair-use exemptions.
  • You will NOT use Klip to download commercially protected broadcasts, subscription paywall content, or copyrighted material for unauthorized redistribution.
  • You will NOT deploy automated botnets, high-frequency scrapers, or exploits intended to overwhelm our infrastructure or bypass quota controls.

4. Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy

Klip maintains zero copyright tolerance. We do not store or host infringing content. We provide a swift takedown process in accordance with our DMCA Policy. Copyright owners can submit removal requests directly to dmca@klip.com.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

Pro memberships grant elevated rate limits and ad-free extraction. Subscriptions are billed at the advertised rate in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time with immediate effect for subsequent billing cycles.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

Klip is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Klip or its operators be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user actions or reliance on extracted media.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update these terms at any time. Continued usage of our website following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.
